Rasidah is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal trainer. She is passionate about helping people to lead an active and healthy lifestyle. She is a Registered nurse and has worked at the cardiovascular and hyperbaric unit. Her nursing background helps her to understand her clients better and especially for those with health issues. Besides, personal training, she is also the Master Trainer at PILOXING and a Zumba Instructor.
